The reception staff was very helpful. They changed my room because I struggle with stairs. The location is fantastic with the Arndale just nearby. I enjoyed the bar downstairs after a busy day.

The location proved very convenient. It was a short walk to the AO arena. The reception staff accommodated us by changing our room. The replacement room suited my needs much better.
The room felt rather small. There was an ironing board and fan, though the space felt cluttered. The TV was not working upon arrival. No one advised us about this beforehand.
